Rob Brown: I am currently engaged in Post Grad studies completing an MA in Archaeology and Ancient History at Macquarie University. My BA in Ancient History and Archaeology was also completed at Macquarie University. Apart from being a full time Ancient History/ History teacher in Sydney I am also a Staff member and research assistant for the Pompeii Food and Drink Project. 2013 will mark my 5th year in the field in Pompeii. My current role is as the team leader for the the Photographic Team 1R, directing the photographic documentation work for the re-analysis of areas previously studied by the project. My goals include bringing Ancient History to life for my students and providing them with hands on experience and resources to maintain a fascination for the wonders of the ancient world.
